Recently Discovered Photos of Our Church's Big Move, 1911
In 1911, our church was moved from its location on Lebanon Ave. to its present location on Poplar Ave. This was an amazing feat as one can see the steep hill from which it had to be moved. The entire move took seven days.
The Church is pictured here on Poplar Ave. where it rested on a Sunday in front of the Robert Martin residence. Church services were held that day!
